A collection of  family-friendly trails inside the Valle dei Laghi region (Trentino Alto Adige) and a map of the available services along these paths (such as refreshment areas, public transports stops and recreation grounds).

Indeed, one of the main operation expected by the political agreement of development in support of families foresees the realization of dedicated walking paths according the the Standard Family’s protocol.

The detected trails’ scope is to promote and raise the awareness regarding the cultural, naturalistic and historical dimensions of the Valle dei Laghi. Moreover, it will be possible to locate several info points illustrating the local tales and legends so that the itineraries could also host educational activities.

The territory

The mapped trails are located all along the valley and they ideally connect both the far ends, Vigo Cavedine and Monte Terlago. The eight walks are linked together from a planning point of view, for instance each of them presents a character/narrator that tell us a story regarding that specific trail.

Another important feature of the project is the development of several points of interests representing illustrations of the tales along each route. For that reason, each trail has its own kit available for the explorers. You will find an example here below, more precisely it is the kit of Calavino and its windmills, the trail that crosses Madruzzo.
